What Makes Method Wellness and PT Different?

You can call our clinic and set up an appointment today!  Appointments for initial evaluation and treatment are typically available within the week.

Do I need a prescription?

No, a prescription is not required to start Physical Therapy treatment. You may schedule an appointment with our Physical Therapists for an evaluation and begin treatment immediately. However, in the state of Texas a prescription must be submitted within 10 business days from the onset of treatment. Our team is ready to assist you in this process.

The referral can be provided to you by an MD, DO, Physician’s Assistant, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Dentist, Podiatrist, or Chiropractor.

What are your rates and do you accept my insurance?

We are a direct pay clinic that is not in-network with any insurance providers.  This model allows us to provide one-on-one treatment, and focus on the quality of care. 

The rate for physical therapy treatment sessions and other services vary. You may inquire about pricing by calling (210) 526-2428 or sending an email to info@methodwellnesspt.com

Can I still submit a claim to my insurance for reimbursement?

Yes, you can!  Upon request, receipts can be provided by Method Wellness and PT that include the necessary codes to send self-claims to your insurance provider.  Access the InsuranceBenefitsWorksheet that will guide you on how to do so.
