We offer a number of services to address our client’s needs. Each of our services is designed to meet your specific needs, whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain or simply looking to improve your general wellness. While many of these services are a part of the Physical Therapy care we provide, we also offer Yoga and Mindfulness services promoting wellness for a lifetime. Initial Visit

Your first treatment will start with a detailed interview in which your Physical Therapist, Dr. Eads, may learn about you, your unique history and what has led you to seek physical therapy treatment.

This conversation along with a physical examination allows Dr. Eads to develop a personalized plan of care designed to streamline treatment strategies for your individual ailment and assist in creating lasting personalized results

Treatment Sessions

After the initial evaluation, Dr. Eads will incorporate effective hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercise and functional movement pattern re-education in order to promote improved mobility and reduced pain.  Treatment will begin on your first visit to start you on the path of feeling better as soon as possible.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a treatment system that combines hands-on treatment of the joints, soft tissues, visceral and neurovascular systems. This type of treatment provided by your Physical Therapist allows for manual facilitation of the body to enhance human function while reducing pain.

How is Manual Therapy different at Method?

We use a number of highly effective techniques to address decreased mobility and painful movement patterns while empowering you, the patient, to optimize your body’s movement and function. 

The 100% one-on-one time you are able to spend with your Physical Therapist allows for ample time each treatment session to properly evaluate, provide effective treatment and set you on the path to recovery.

Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercises are chosen by your Physical Therapist to restore the efficiency of movement to a part of your body that is now moving differently due to pain or injury. These exercises will assist you in restoring function, preventing loss of function, improving overall health or preparing you for a goal related to a sport, hobby or activity. 

How is Therapeutic Exercise different at Method?

Many patients seek physical therapy for similar or common diagnosis. However, the path one takes to reach a state of pain and dysfunction is rarely the same. You are a unique individual and should be treated as such. That is why the one-on-one evaluation time and treatment decisions established at Method will allow for the therapeutic exercises chosen to be specific to the individual path you will take toward decreased pain and improved function.

Trigger Point Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a therapeutic treatment procedure that involves treating painful ‘Trigger Points’ that can cause movement dysfunction and reduce mobility.

Dry needling involves a thin filiform needle that penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points and muscular and connective tissues to improved function and reduced pain.


Cupping: Cupping is thought to act mainly by increasing local blood circulation while relieving painful muscle tension. This can help in normalizing your functional state and promote muscle relaxation.

IASTM – Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization technique can be incorporated into your treatment program to improve soft issue restriction associated with scarring and fibrosis, fascial or muscular tension, neural tension and trigger points.

Private Yoga and Mindfulness Assessment

Private Yoga Assessment
If you are looking to begin or resume a yoga practice and would benefit from individual instruction to create a daily practice platform tailored to your individual needs, a Private Yoga and Mindfulness Assessment may be right for you. During this private assessment, you will go over posture, breathing and how to activate your core as it applies to the yoga practice. You will also have the opportunity to share physical challenges that you feel may limit your ability to begin a yoga practice. After your assessment, you will leave with a comprehensive yoga practice plan as well as modifications specifically tailored to you.

Group Yoga Classes
It is our goal to provide you with multiple avenues for wellness. One of those avenues we are passionate about is our Group Yoga Classes. Our classes are designed to encourage novel movement patterns while using a dynamic breathing technique to encourage mobility, strength and decreased pain. Classes at Method are designed to be accessible to all levels, from beginner to advanced. We are skilled in providing modifications or alternative postures so that you may begin or deepen your practice with confidence and an attitude of mindfulness.
