From the time I began my rehabilitation program for a cervical disc injury, the quality of care I received from Dr. Sarah Eads was, in a word, OUTSTANDING! Not only did Sarah set me up with a traditional rehabilitation plan, we began working together on alternative rehabilitation through the use of Yoga
Therapy as well. Through Sarah’s guidance and support, I have overcome my injury to the point of it not requiring surgery or injections for pain management. I have also regained more than 90% of the strength back in my right arm and shoulder that I originally lost. Dr. Eads truly cares about each of her patients and her ability to give 1:1 treatment is a true plus for considering her practice for your rehabilitation needs.

Sarah started helping me about 11 weeks after I had a double mastectomy. I was having real problems with the scar tissue tightening my chest and causing pain in my upper back and neck. It felt like someone had pulled my shoulders forward and superglued the skin on my chest. I had been doing daily exercises and self-massage but I was still struggling. With autoimmune problems and chronic muscle and nerve pain, I was getting really discouraged. In the very first appointment, Sarah taught me specialized techniques that I could do at home and WOW—what an improvement. I haven’t found any physical therapists covered by my insurance who can do this but Sarah has been very cost-effective–worth every penny! Using a therapist outside of insurance saved time and hassle, and is delivering real results.
I currently receive physical therapy from Sarah Eads at Method Wellness and I have nothing to say but: AWESOME!!! I have only been going for about 6 weeks now, but the treatments I have received thus far have been life-changing! When I started going, I was so depressed due to the pain I was experiencing and the doctors telling me I needed knee surgery, but each time I would visit Sarah she was always positive, kind, encouraging and professional! Since receiving treatments from Sarah, my pain has gone from a nine to about a two. I now am hopeful that I may not have to have surgery – at least not in the near future!
