Frequently Asked Questions
When can I get started?
The short answer is immediately! The state of Texas allows 10 business days from the onset of treatment (i.e. your first appointment) before requiring a prescription/ referral be submitted, so feel free to schedule an appointment for an evaluation with one of our physical therapists right away to begin treatment. You may submit your referral any time within 10 days of your first treatment by requesting your provider fax it to our office at 210-817-8684.
For returning patients seeing their therapist for an earlier, repeating issue, an updated referral submission is required within 10 days of your first returning appointment.
A printable referral form to be filled out & returned by your provider is available here.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are a direct pay clinic, which means that your fee is due at the time of service and we are not in-network with any insurance providers or enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. The added value this model allows us is more time & attention with each of our patients and the ability to get down to the heart of your specific pain to provide the highest level of care and help you return to doing the things you love and value.
Your pain is unique because so are you— and you deserve personalized, excellent care and a tailored treatment plan that gets you back to living the life you love!

Can I still submit a claim to my insurance to be reimbursed?
Yes! Upon request, we are happy to provide receipts for your treatment with the necessary codes to submit self-claims to your provider. Click here for our Insurance Benefits Worksheet to guide you through the process of submission. If you need any help in the process, please feel free to call our friendly staff with questions at (210) 526-2428.
We also regularly recommend filing your self-claim through Reimbursify, a mobile-enabled software that helps you file out-of-network reimbursement claims for medical and mental health services.
What should I wear for therapy?
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows your therapist access to the specific part of the body we will be treating, as well as the areas both above and below it.
