At Method, we believe all bodies and experience levels stand to benefit from what yoga has to offer.  Our knowledgeable teachers have the skills to support and keep you safe while moving on the mat. 

Group classes are offered morning and evening throughout the week and on weekends, featuring a variety of styles including beginners’ foundation, vinyasa flow, prop-focused Iyengar, yin, yoga Nidra and Ashtanga.

Our classes

  • Foundation

    Foundation is focused on connecting the movements and strength built in Yoga to the demands of everyday life. Moving through a modified vinyasa-based flow, we will take time to break down individual postures to understand their components of functional strength, balance, and mobility to improve and support your day-to-day activities. All levels welcome; appropriate for beginners.

  • Yoga For Athletes

    A warming and fast-paced flow, in Yoga for Athletes you’ll learn to move in and out of a variety of static and balance postures with ease. This vinyasa practice focuses on conditioning and strength while building functional mobility in prime athletic areas including the hips, thoracic spine, shoulders, and ankles. All levels welcome.

  • Propped Up

    This alignment-based flow is designed to promote deeper body awareness and expand your daily practice through the creative use of props. Explore traditional postures with new perspective, breaking them down to better understand each component. Build strength and improve flexibility, balance, and proprioception in this foundational class; appropriate for beginners & students of all levels.

  • Stronger Together

    Train for the life you LOVE and get stronger together with our community conditioning & fitness class! Our experienced personal trainers will take your functional fitness to the next level in this 45-minute workout with exercises focused on building functional strength, improving core stability and including light endurance training. Using mostly bodyweight exercises with some light dumbbells, kettlebells and bands, this class is appropriate for all levels and is beginner friendly. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in easily; closed-toed shoes required.

  • Build & Breathe

    Build your practice and experience a variety of teaching styles in this all-levels class focusing on alignment, foundational movement, gentle breathwork and meditation. Beginner friendly with modifications offered & encouraged use of props, our teachers will offer new perspective to finding the weekend reset your mind and body needs.

    This class is led by the Method Yoga Teachers in a revolving schedule.

  • Peaceful Yin

    Restorative and gentle, this class is suitable for all levels and invites you to slow down to create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its deepest, most quiet and still moments. We’ll support with a variety of props including bolsters, blankets, and blocks to invite slow opening both physically and energetically throughout the sequence of gentle poses. Characteristic of the restorative style, we’ll rest several minutes in each pose, offering you time and space to connect body & mind while fostering a sense of relaxation and release.

  • Led Primary Series

    OFFERED 1ST SUNDAY OF MONTH

    A set sequence of postures, led Primary Series is a guided practice open to beginners and experienced Ashtanga practitioners alike.

    Join us for this all-levels class as we move through the traditional First Series asana including sun salutations, standing, balance, seated, and closing postures. This 90-minute practice links breath with movement for full physical activation and a grounding journey inward.

    We fully encourage and support the use of props and modifications in our studio so that all levels and bodies feel welcome to practice safely with us!

  • Yoga Nidra

    OFFERED 1ST MONDAY OF MONTH

    Enhance your usual yoga practice with the guided progression into Yoga Nidra, ‘Sleep Yoga’.

    A deep and soothing guided relaxation, with Yoga Nidra you’ll gently find sleep in a meditative state while laying down— letting the body & mind rest, heal and reset. Improve the nervous system, relieve stress and attend to all functions of the body in this calm and soothing practice.
