Our goal is to get you moving and gaining traction as soon as possible, so your first session with your trainer is an important one! Together, we’ll ask questions and discuss where you are right now, where you’ve been and where you want to go so that we have the tools to create the most personalized exercise program for YOU!

  • Oscar Thomas

    BS - Kinesiology, CPT (NASM)

    Oscar is a highly skilled and dedicated fitness expert with over 7 years of experience in the industry. His passion for functional training allows him to deliver tailored programs that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Having worked across diverse environments—from family practices and commercial gyms to private studios— Oscar has honed a deep understanding of how to approach clients’ specific goals, ensuring a personalized and effective training experience.

    Oscar’s approach blends scientific knowledge with practical application, offering meticulously crafted programs that empower clients to achieve lasting results.

    Originally from Mexico, Oscar moved to the United States in 2009 and has since lived in New Mexico and Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. When not in the gym, he enjoys exploring his passions for motorsports, science and technology, and spending quality time with family and friends.

FAQ’s

  • Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement and closed toed, athletic shoes.

  • Feel free to bring your own water bottle to fill & drink from or you may use the cups provided.

    If you prefer to have a towel handy during your session, please bring your own as we do not currently offer towel service.

  • As you prepare for your first training session, our friendly administrative staff will be reaching out to coordinate scheduling followed by a phone call from your trainer to answer any questions you may have before getting started.
