We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the Pranayama Collective, kicking off on Wednesday, September 4th! This is your chance to dive into the transformative world of pranayama (breath control) with a supportive community, helpful resources, and plenty of fun along the way.

Here’s what you can expect:

Why Pranayama?

  • Pranayama is the practice of breath control that can help reduce stress, improve lung function, and enhance mental clarity.

  • This practice has been used for centuries to promote overall health and well-being. And guess what? It's easier than you think to get started!

Next Steps to Join the 6-Week Pranayama Collective Experience:

1. Pranayama Collective Basic (No Cost)

  • Commit to Your Consistent Participation: Commit to six weeks of breath work. Let us know via an email that you are participating in the Pranayama Collective Basic (no cost).

  • Download the Participation Card: Save the card attached below or pick one up at the studio (4726 Shavano Oak, Ste 101). Use it to track your practice each day throughout the six weeks.

2. Pranayama Collective Club ($35)

  • Confirm Your Participation: Send an email to seads@methodwellnesspt.com by September 4 to let us know you're ready to join.

  • Submit Payment: Venmo $35 to Dr. Sarah Eads by CLICKING HERE by September 4.

  • Provide Your Shirt Size: In your participation confirmation email, include your preferred shirt size.

  • Participation Card: Save the picture of the card attached below or pick one up at the studio. Use it to track each day of practice throughout the six weeks.

  • Receive Your Videos: Upon registration, you will receive access to videos. Look for a new video every two weeks to guide your practice.

  • In-Class Opportunities: Join us for pranayama practice during yoga class sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and some standalone Meditation and Breathwork sessions on Saturdays.

  • Completion Reward: Complete the 6-week program to receive a set of pranayama collective mala beads for counting your breath.

Stay Tuned: If you sign up for the Pranayama Collective Club ($35), watch for an email with additional details, including links to videos and other important information.

*In-person participation is not required to be part of the Pranayama Collective; keep track of your own consistent daily participation for 6 weeks starting September 4th with the participation card.

  • Support throughout the Collective: Receive guidance, tips, and exercises to integrate pranayama into your daily routine.

  • YouTube Videos for Guidance: Access easy-to-follow videos that break down each technique step-by-step.

  • Exclusive T-Shirt: Show your commitment with our custom Pranayama Collective t-shirt!

When Does It Start?

The journey begins on Wednesday, September 4th. Please complete all the steps by this date to join us!
